Looking around,  you can see people struggling with dieting.  Their intentions are good, but dieting is so hard.   Sometimes they last a few weeks other times several months, even a couple of years if they are really committed.  But often the regime they are putting themselves on just  can not be kept up forever. There will always be a time when it all collapses and then they would go back to the way they were before they started their diet. 

Often they will make up lost time by eating three times as much as they would of before they started dieting.  Thus, making them feel totally out of control. This creates a lot of stress and strips a lot of confidence each time they diet.
