THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE











Preheat Oven to 300° F or 150° C (it is a slow cooking cake)

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
¾ Cup  Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup milk
1 Cup Oil
1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water

Oil a 9 x 13 in. Baking Dish.  I use a glass baking dish.  Insert baking paper.

Mix all of the above ingrediants until smooth.

Pour into greased and lined baking dish

Bake for 1 hr.

Test by sticking with knife. If it comes out clean, it's done!

Allow to cool.

This cake is delicous with Chocolate Icing.
