Ricandi Rice Pie

1 cup of rice – cook and cool and put aside.

FRY
1 Tablespoon of Virgin Coconut Oil
1 onion chopped
2 – 3 cloves of garlic minced
handful of sunflower seeds

ADD
2 leaves of silver beet finely chopped
1 carrot grated
1 zucchini grated
½ red capsicum chopped
2 stalks celery chopped

COOK UNTIL DRYISH THEN ADD
the cooked rice

DRIZZLE OVER THE FOLLOWING MIXED
¼ cup water
1 heaped tsp of Rupunzel Organic Veggie stock
1/4 tsp Cumin

ADD
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Pepper and salt

Cook until dryish

COOL THEN ADD
3 eggs beaten

POUR INTO OILED (coconut oil) BAKING DISH AND THEN SPRINKLE WITH
1 cup tasty cheese

Cook on 200 degrees for 1/2 hour or till golden
