Mayas Birscher Muesli

2 cups of rolled oats                                    
¼ cup coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 heaped Tablespoon Ground Linseed or LSA
3 grated apples
half a lemon
prunes
nuts
1 Tbsp Manuaku honey
Stir in 2 small tubs of Yogurt

First put 2 cups of rolled oats in bottom of bowl
Add ¼ cup coconut
Add 1 tsp cinnamon
Add 1 heaped Tablespoon Linseed

3 grated apples  put on top of rolled oats. 
Squeeze half a lemon onto apple.


Stir.

Add prunes and nuts'

Stir

Add 1 Tbsp Manuaku honey
Stir in 2 small tubs of Yogurt

Chill overnight in refridgerator before serving.  Can be kept for up to 3 days.
