Gran Woods Bread Recipe

2 Cups white flour
2 cups wmeal flour
1 tsp salt
MIX IN BOWL & KEEP WARM

1 ½ dsp yeast
1 cup of warm water
1 dsp sugar
MIX IN BOWL & KEEP WARM UNTIL DOUBLED IN SIZE AND FROTHY

1 dps golden syrup
1 cup warm water
MIX IN BOWL

Mix all ingredients together with a knife, stirring one way.

Once combined transfer to board sprinkled with flour and knead until elastic.

Shape bread dough and place onto floured tray.

COVER AND KEEP WARM UNTIL IT HAS RISEN TWICE THE SIZE.

Bake at 200 for ½ hour
and then
Bake at 100 for ½ hour
