Brush your Teeth with Baking Soda

When I started to get some gum disease and decay in some of my teeth, I started doing some research on brushing teeth,  I came across alot of information about using Baking Soda instead of Toothpaste.

After reading so many testimonials, one from a 90 year old who had only used Baking Soda all her life and had her original teeth, I decided to try it.

It has been said that normal toothpaste leaves a coating on your teeth, therefore trapping any bacteria that may be left under a film of glycerine, allowing decay in your teeth.  I am not sure how scientific this is, but apparently it takes up to 8 brushings of baking soda to remove this film.

After 3 days of brushing my teeth with Baking Soda the bleeding gums had completely healed up!

My teeth looked amazing,  and any bad breath that I had before had disapeared!

I am a total believer in Baking Soda now and used it all the time.  Another benefit is any staining on my teeth is also gone and they are shining white.

I totally recommend using an electric toothbrush.  Put 1/2 tsp Baking Soda in your left hand.  Dip your damp toothbrush into the baking soda and brush as normal.  Once you have finished brushing, rinse your brush out.  And then rinse your mouth out.
