The Best Vegetable Soup


3/4 fill a large pot with cold water

Put the following in a food processor to chop finely:

1 onion
2 large handfuls of Parsley
2 - 4 large cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh Rosemary
4 sprigs of fresh Thyme

Add to pot - Then add the following

Black Pepper
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 Large Heaped Tablespoon of Vege Stock (organic Rapunzel is the best)
2 Tablespoon of  Soya Sauce

Grate:
4-5 Carrots

Slice finely:
5 large Celery Sticks

Add
1 cup of Soup Mix (organic preferably..much nicer as the  barley etc is smaller)

Bring to the boil and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Serve with The  Best White Bread Recipe

Suitable for Freezing.
