Strengthen your Nails with Garlic!

This easy and effective method of strengthening your nails has been passed down through generations, initially from Mexico.













Directions:
Crush 1 clove of garlic. 
(This will be enough for all of your fingernails)

Rub the garlic into your nails.  You will find it feels quite oily.

I also rub it into my skin on my hands.

Let it dry. 
(This only takes a few minutes)

Then wash off with water.

Your hands will smell of garlic, so it is good to do this in the evening.

Otherwise afterwards, soak your hands in a bowl of warm water with 1 tsp of Baking Soda to remove odour.  Or you can soak them in a bowl of water with the juice of 1 lemon.

Repeat every few days until you get the desired results.

Important:  Be careful if you have sensitive skin as Garlic can burn if not tolerated.
