Homemade Hair Gel!
Why spend lots of money on hair products, when you can make your own without using chemicals. Its easy, safe and effective.
Boil 1/4 cup of flax seed with 2 cups of water until it becomes thick and foamy.
Strain though cheesecloth or new stocking into a container that has a tight fitting lid.
Add about 15 drops of your choice of essential oils. Plus few drops of Tea Tree Oil will help preserve it. This natural hair gel will last for several weeks in the fridge.
Salt Spray for Maximum Hair Hold
Mix 1 tsp of salt with 1 cup of hot water. Stir until it is disolved.
Pour into a clean spray bottle and add a few drops of essential oils for fragrance.
Add more salt for a stronger hold and less salt for a gentle hold.
Spray onto damp clean hair and then blow wave.
Apply a small amount of vaseline to the tips of your fingers and rub in lightly.
Then apply gently to the tips of your hair.
