Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
225g butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
250 g pkt chocolate chips
1 cup of Walnuts

Preheat oven to 180c
Cream butter and both sugars, beat well.  Add in eggs and vanilla, mix together with all other dry ingrediants.  Add chocolate chips and Walnuts.

Roll into balls and press with a fork.  Place on tray. Bake approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
